We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Tennis AI account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your personal information (name, email, profile) will be permanently deleted
  • All your uploaded videos and analysis data will be removed
  • Your training history and progress will be erased
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled
  • This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to hello@tennisai.net with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Include your account information

Please include the email address associated with your Tennis AI account so we can locate and delete your data.

Confirmation

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been deleted.
